What's the longest you went without using social media?

I'm on my third day without using social media (other than youtube and glow) I use youtube for working out and glow to do my daily log. I had facebook, snapchat, kik, and instagram. My goal is to go a full week but if I have no urge to look, I was going to make it a month. If I were to make it a permanent thing, I was going to keep contact with my friends through texting and talking on the phone.

I consider this social media, but other than this and YouTube, I’ve gone years. I don’t have a Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat or whatever else.

I didn’t get rid of my Facebook but I deleted it off of everything. I DO NOT miss it AT ALL. I used to be ADDICTED to it. That was the hardest one to get rid of. It was VERY hard but i did it and now I have ZERO desire to ever go on.  I am so much healthier mentally now that I don’t use Facebook. I don’t have many friends on Instagram and I’m totally fine with that. I would say that’s my only form of social media but I’m not addicted and only scroll through because I’m bored and so pregnant laying on the couch. However sometimes I just forget to go on. I feel like the only app I’m really interested in using is Glow because I like taking the polls lol. Everyone needs a social media blackout. Social media makes people crazy! It forces anxiety on so many people!

Months. Facebook came out when I was in highschool and I really didn’t use it until I was in my early 20’s. It’s nice to take breaks from it!

Shoot I misread the question. I’d say a week but that’s only bc sometimes I go camping where there’s no signal or electricity so I’m forced too. Im trying to stop using social media though bc I find myself very detached from life. In the summer I barely use my phone which is good but still 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m not ashamed to say I’m a brand ambassador/influencer so I kind of have to use social media these days 🤷🏽‍♀️
