Are burning nipples an early pregnancy symptom?

I’m 11dpo and got a negative test this morning. my period is due in 3 days and normally my whole boob hurts. with my first baby it was just my nipples and just now they started burning which has never happened before. is this a good sign? has anyone else experienced this and ended up being pregnant?
