Super sharp pains in breast first trimester?

Korina • DD: 9-7-18. DS: 11-3-21. Married 08-12-2017.

I’m 5 weeks, 1 day along and I’m having sharp pains shooting through my breasts. My breast are super tender, but these sharp pains shoot through and last around 5-10 seconds. Has anyone had this?

Also, at night, my stomach feels like I have the tingly butterflies and inside my tummy feels warm.. like I have a heating blanket on my tummy. Anyone have that?
