I was sure I had a UTI yesterday, after peeing with pain. Today, I have hydrated myself well and have experienced no pain! Is it possible I had a minor one that went away on its own?

Could be you caught it in time and the extra hydration helped flush it out faster. Keep drinking plenty of water for the next few days to make sure it’s gone. I’ve had that happen several times when I feel like I’ve got one but not horrible and I drink drink drink and the next morning I feel fine

Sometimes it can be that your just dehydrated and your kidneys are telling you need more water. Just to be safe add some cranberries or sugar free cranberry juice to your diet and make sure your drinking 6-8 cups of water a day so you have less of a chance to get one 💪😁
