Pregnancy after MM MC/ D & C

I had a D and C about 7 weeks ago. We lost the baby at 9 weeks and I found out at 11 weeks. My husband and I are TTC currently. I spotted lightly after the surgery for about 4 days. Then I bleed lightly from 12/11-12/14. What i am assuming was my period started 12/20-12/24. It was pretty heavy, a few small clots and that’s it. Well I think I ovulated somewhere between the 30th-4th. My question is how did you go about figuring out anything and if you did conceive did you notice different signs of implantation or pregnancy symptoms after having a miscarriage ? Sorry for the super long post.
