What is this?!?!

Ok so when I was pregnant I got 3 red bumps on the inside of my thigh that I pretty much just blew off cuz for one I would forget about them since I couldn’t see them past my big pregnant stomach and they didn’t hurt and weren’t itchy, they were just there. I had my son 2 weeks ago and 2 started to get smaller and fade but as you can see the other got bigger. Yesterday it filled with pus and today it got red around it. This is before I popped it and after. I’m going to call my doctor Monday morning but was wondering if any of you ladies knew what it could be??
