The picture is pretty blurry, so some of this may not be accurate, and to caveat I have never done a cut crease (not my personal preference for style), but I do know what they should look like.
It’s a good start, but from the pic it looks like your cut crease kind of disappears somewhere in the middle before picking up again. Either it’s hidden by the crease, or you didn’t do the cut crease uniformly all the way across. You do not blend a cut crease, as someone else said, because that would actually ruin what the look tries to achieve—a very sharp, crisp line of bold color in your crease only.
In general, you may need to work on some steady-hand techniques, as for the picture your eyeliner isn’t very smooth and sharp. If you haven’t yet, check out some YouTube tutorials on smooth eyeliner and cut crease techniques...i loooove YouTube for learning makeup tips! But you have a good start and with practice I’m sure you’ll get there!
