I feel kinda dumb asking this...

So I am posting anonymously lol. But I had twins in 2015 and their hospital bracelets said baby A and baby B girl I just had my son December 2017 and I just noticed when going through his things from the hospital that his bracelet says baby A boy does anyone know what that means? Because I know for a fact there was only 1 baby this time
