Anyone have experience Moving while pregnant?

I am 20 weeks tomorrow and we ended up purchasing a new house due to our bedroom situation. I have been pretty active during this pregnancy just with my 5 year old twin boys and keeping up with a full time job. We will be closing and moving when I am around 25-26 weeks. I am a little worried about doing too much- has anyone had experience Moving when you're pretty pregnant that might have some experiences to share?

I've moved at 8 months pregnant my husband and my family did all the lifting. and i did some of the clraning but overall I took it easy

Take it easy and don't lift even if you feel well enough to. I was 30 weeks and after our move wound up in L&D; triage after overdoing it felt 'leaking'. That was my rude awakening I could have put myself and baby in harm. My OB wasn't happy with me. Both baby and I made it to 40 weeks.

I moved across town at seven months pregnant. Ask for as much help as you can and do things as slowly as you can. Hire movers if you can! It was totally worth it for me.

I had to move a sectional sofa with my husband when I was 16 weeks. I just made sure to lift with my legs and arms rather than use my back and core. I couldn’t lift much but he needed help we had no one else to help us. Then I stupidly decided I wanted to update our garden when I was 36 weeks because I was nesting and so I did it. I was exhausted afterwards but baby was fine.

I moved when six months pregnant with my first. I helped with packing and unpacking and a little cleaning but did no lifting. We had a lot of help which was nice.

We moved when I was 20 weeks along and it was rough. I didn't think I did too much, but I definitely felt like I did. Let other people do the lifting while you clean or put away smaller boxes. I ended up needing to rest for a few days after only doing that much so take it easy. I'm sure you'll do fine. Oh and if you have a support belt you should wear that to prevent hurting yourself.

I moved while pregnant (I was maybe 8 months pregnant) and I barely did anything. Mostly cleaned no lifting. I recommend that you do the same

I packed all the small stuff into boxes over the course of a few months and made husband and friends do the heavy lifting. Also, hiring a moving company is not as expensive as you would think. I would look into those options too
I moved when I was 7.5 months pregnant.

we moved twice in my first pregnancy. both in the 2nd trimester. the only issue I had was swollen feet from being on them all day and night working then cleaning snd unpacking.
