Is being 16 5’6 and weighing 150 fat?
Dont sugar coat it. but ive always has this addiction to like looking at healthy lifestyles especially on instagram and models bodies and their meals and how to basically be healthy. Its just hard cause healthy food you have to make and i dont always have time for that i normally just heat stuff up i hate getting fast food im so sick of it. But i do regularly go to the gym run a mile and then do weights what else could i be doing to loose weight faster specifically fat in my stomach and backfat is so hard to get rid of!
