IUD removals

I had my iud removed 11/30/17 an bleed until 12/7/17. An after that I haven’t had a period or anything. Can anyone help me an explain to me how long should it take for my period to come back. I had the iud for 2 an a half years An didn’t have a period just had light spotting every now An then.
