Question about eating and breastfeeding
For the past three days my daughter and I been in and out the hospital. I been stressed and not having much of an appetite. I breastfeed but already don’t make enough for her to fully breastfeed so also formula feed. I’m curious to does it really matter how much I eat for her to get the nutrients she need??? Someone had said no but I want to hear others side
