Pregnant and cramping

So ima about 5 weeks pregnant was told i had uti i have been taking the medicine but last night i was cramping really bad when i peed it literally felt like i was trying to push out a bowling ball i know tmi but it hurt really bad and i wanna know if anyone else has had this happen
