Sleep regression questions?

Do all babies go threw a sleep regression stage? And if so, when does it usually start? If my LO is a good sleeper at 5 months is it possible for her to still be on the same sleep schedule at 1 yr old+ ?

There are commonly 2, one at 4 months and on at 6 months. Not all babies go through them though

my daughter has been on same sleep schedule since she was 3 months old .it still hasn't changed and she is 7

Definitely possible! My daughter has been sleeping through the night 10-12 hours straight since she was 5 weeks old. She’s now 7 months old and still sleeping just as well (in addition to also taking two 2-hour naps each day). We’ve promoted good sleep habits since day one and have been 100% consistent at all times. I know that’s helped a lot in keeping her on track.
