SPD in pregnancy
Has anyone else experienced SPD during their pregnancy? This is my 3rd pregnancy and the first time I’m experiencing this pain! It hurts just walking. I also have osteoarthritis in my spine which I know doesn’t help the situation. I have also worn a pregnancy belly support band which actually didn’t make an awful lot of difference. Any advice to help manage this would be much appreciated! Xx
