Advice

How soon after conceiving did you guys start having symptoms? I’m at 6-7 days dpo and I feel like death and started puking this morning. I’ve been nauseous everytime I eat or smell food the last 3 days. Is this just my mind playing tricks on me??? I’ve also had cramping for the past three days on my right side down where period cramps would normally be. I’ve also been overly emotional... I cried over a picture of my best friend and her new baby.... I need advice!!
