CrossFit while pregnant?
I just started doing CrossFit classes 2 weeks ago. I just found out that I’m almost 4 weeks pregnant. What do y’all think? Is it safe for me to continue classes? If not what else could I do that’s safe? I just don’t want to risk anything considering i had a chemical in November.
