well, in my gym class it took maybe 2-3 months around the same girls and then we all got super synced up. I was very surprised actually. I don't have that class this semester, so I'm seriously dreading changing it up now.

Depends on the people. I worked my last job for almost a year and was never quite comfortable with most of the people, which is part of the reason I left. My current job, I started 4 months ago and they already feel like family.
