Hi, ive had this spotting for 4 days now. Its only been there a little when i wipe, but not enough to make me feel “wet” down there nor is it enough to even leave a slight tint on my panties. I know that i had a large blood filled complex cyst on my left ovary, could it have bled out and thats why im spotting? My period is due Friday as well. Ive never spotted like this before a period and i havent taken any birth control or anything before. what could it be? Thanks in advance
