No period on the pill? 😑

My periods used to start down to the hour every month until I started the pill last July. I got it randomly for a few months but now it has just completely gone away. Everything I look up says I'm pregnant, but that would mean I'm 3 months with 0 symptoms 😂... Anyways, so last week I had my "period" for around 12 hours one day. Was this my actual period for the first time in months or is this just normal. Haha I just need to talk to real people about this. Please help!
