Pregnancy symptoms at 9dpo? Possible? Please read

I had implantation bleeding on Friday, 7dpo so I'm pretty sure I'm pregnant, but now I can't et anything without feeling like I'm going to be sick, I also have bad diarrhoea (sorry tmi) is this a pregnancy sign this early? Or am I just ill
