Vitex
Hello,
Has anyone had a bad experience with Vitex? Or an experience that wasn’t what you were expecting?
I am thinking of trying this supplement as I have been without a spontaneous period since April...and while it is nice to not be pms, we are trying for a baby and it’s hard to get pregnant without ovulating!
My doctor doesn’t think this is a problem so I’m looking for alternatives!
