I’ve always had a VERY regular cycle and my period usually comes a day before or after expected if not on the exact day. So...according to <a href="https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.glow.android.eve">Eve</a>., my period is 5 days late. I also use the Natural Cycles app which says my period won’t start until the 11th. Today I had some spotting and very mild cramps, nothing like the kind I get before my period but I took a pregnancy test this morning and it was negative. As you can imagine, my mind is racing! Is my cycle out of wack for some unknown reason? Could this be implantation bleeding/cramps? Any advice would be greatly appreciated! I plan on taking another test next week if the bleeding remains light and doesn’t last.
