Normal?

For the past couple days I have been getting what feels like period cramps. I’m 13 weeks is this normal I’m so scared of miscarrying.

I’m a little over 14 weeks and the last couple of days I was really crampy and I woke up this morning and this baby bump appeared out of no where. I think that is what all the cramping was contributing too, just growing pains. This is my 4th baby and I remember this happened around the same time last pregnancy as well. I was super crampy for a couple of days and then bam, I actually looked pregnant.

I'm 13w today and all day yesterday didn't  leave the bed cause I was sick with nausea and upset stomach from severe constipation and a horrible headache.  Today felt better and went to a theme park so a fair amount of walking and had cramps most of the day.  I have had some round ligament pain the past couple weeks also.  I feel like as much as the cramps are uncomfortable and concerning I just try to reassure myself that as long as they aren't too severe or painful and of course no bleeding then I'm ok.  Stay hydrated and pee often... my cramps would get worse when I would have to pee, even if I didn't really feel like I needed to pee.  I just try to think of it as my uterus is just growing and stretching for baby to grow and it's also making the move upwards out of my pelvis, so moving organs isn't going to probably feel the most pleasant all the time lol. I’m 14 weeks and still getting those. My doctor said it could be round ligament pain. As long as there is no bleeding accompanied by the cramps.
