Two kids?!

Question

So my husband and I have decided to try for our second baby. My first is 19 months old. I’m terrified to make this change. I’m scared that I’m being unfair to my son, I’m scared I won’t be able to handle a toddler and a newborn. I’m also a full time working mom and scared I can’t do it. I want my kids no more than 3 years apart but also feel as if I’ll never truly be ready for another. Any advice from moms of two?!

My babies are 16 months apart, totally planned, but I had the same fear you do especially how would I love them both equally and would it make my daughter feel like I didn't love her anymore. I'm also a full time working mom. It just happens, you just love them so much you can not imagine your life with out them, my mom said a mother's heart is meant to grow. And my kids love each other!! My daughter recently turned 2yrs old and my son is almost 10 months and they are the best of friends. It is very hard I'm not going to lie but so worth it. I actualy think it is easier with 2 kids because regardless of whether I'm sick or exhausted I have to get up every morning and be a parent, there's no thinking about it. I have to go to work each day to support my family. If you aren't ready though don't do it but in my experience at the end of the day double baby attack hugs are the best things in the entire world!!

I have twins. It's always better to give your kid a lifelong best friend. 
Don't let this feeling stop you from trying as you never know how long it'll take to get pregnant with number 2.

My kids are 23 months apart. My daughter was such a great helper and loves her brother so much! Im a stay at home mom and the transition from 1 to 2 was really easy for me, a lot better from going 0 to 1! I’m now pregnant with baby #3 and my daughter again is so excited. Asks me everyday if the baby is coming soon (I’m due in June) and she tells me she will help throw all baby’s diapers away! Lol. when baby comes my son will be turning 3 in July and my daughter will turn 5 in August.

before my daughter's passing I was 4 months prego with our son. I was for sure ready for this and then after she passed I didn't know what to do I was so worried I would wake up and check on my son consistently that I would get sick because I wasn't sleeping right. now my son's the same age she was well he will be when we have this baby and at first I was super excited then I started thinking.... what was I thinking, what am I doing to my son, am I able to take care of two none the less make sure they both have their needs met and mommy time. well I don't know if you have a so, but mine told me that I was a great mom and I'll be great with 2 and we can do this he will take our son or spend time with him while I'm busy ebf or spending time with baby etc. and I know I could be strong enough to do this. just think when you really want something you have the will power to do it. and us mom's have the super strength to do so much stuff it's rediculas.

Sorry no advice, my first is 6.5 months old but I'm following because I already am feeling conflicted over #2! I've always wanted 3+ but I'm still sad to take time away from my baby!
