Scared!

I bought these and Tums for heartburn and i opened the chewy ones first and I didn't think I needed to worry because they were next to the chewy Tums and legally off brand & regular brands have to contain the same medicine so I thought I was fine. I opened a chewy and started chewing it then I looked on the back and it said if pregnant ask doctor before use, I immediately spit it out and now I'm worried I harmed my baby 😭😭
