Hpv plzz help!!

So in june i got diagnosed with Hpv ever since my life has changed alot my self esteem has gone down i am not the same. Nobody knows about this; due to stress i guess or weak immune system i got genital warts, i got treated for it with cream but it did not work. Now i will be getting surgery to remove them in about a week i am very scared, if you have gotten surgical removal for warts and have any advice that you would like to share pleasee doo!!!!. Like does it hurt?? Or did it remove them?? Also idk how to hide the fact that I will be getting a surgery since I don’t want anyone to know 😞😞
