So I was on YouTube and I was listening to Lana Del Rey my queen 😍😍😍 so I was listening to a particular song and it was called get free while I listened to the song I decided to scroll through the comment section cause I was bored and along the way I notice that there was a lot of people saying Lana is getting sued for copyrights by Radiohead because her song sounded similar to their song creep. I have heard the song they are similar to a certain extent but hear me out on this there are a lot of popular songs that sound the same and there’s only so many keys in a piano but the question here is should she get sued? Why or why not? Or comment if you have more information in this topic

My reason is no because there’s other artists using other people music on their tracks and they are not being sued and some still didn’t get permission and did not get sued for using them
