Possibly pregnant?!

Had my tubal reversal October 20th Af is due in 4 days but I couldn't wait to test so I got the first response 6 day early one. I've been having a lot of symptoms body aches, headaches, cramping, nauseous, extreme fatigue, food cravings and aversions, sore boobs, insomnia, nearly everything even though it's really early to have them. Well I took a test this morning around 2 am and got the slightest positive ever it's extremely faint but it's definitely there. I called my dr and waiting on a call back crossing my fingers for the best (it's much more apparent in person then the photos)
