18 weeks with Symptoms of the flu 😷 HELP

So for starters Hubby has the flu 🤒 for nearly 2 weeks then my 7 year old was right along with him she was on antibiotics . My father came into town on New Years and he caught a cold this Friday they had all gotten better and out of they’re system . Now guess who’s the last to get it ? Yes momma bear 🐻 is now having symptoms and i ran a fever 🤒 last night have a appointment with my ob at 11:30am to get seen any recommendations on a sore throat and flu 🤧 all advice is greatly appreciated
