Is there a way to heal your face quickly?

Hi. So I was fidgeting and started picking on my face which I do often. Then I got my face screwed up and I have like infected zits on my forehead. Is there some way to heal quickly? I exfoliated my face and put some yogurt on it. 🙃

Girl, the number one rule is to not pick your face. I suggest you leave it alone and take care of it by cleansing your face well - maybe look up a couple care threads that work good on your skintype

Ooooooh don't exfoliate, you'll just aggravate it. I love sandalwood oil, but I'd first suggest something calming like aloe vera or coconut oil before using sandalwood oil. Use a little bit (a tiny tiny bit) in your facial cream to help prevent breakouts. And don't get it near your eyes.
