So I started my first period late last night since giving birth. I’ve always had pretty heavy periods and terrible cramping during that time of the month. I also knew that the first PP period would be pretty bad. However, within three hours, I’ve bled through two overnight pads (and through a pair of underwear each time) and am almost doubled over in pain. Last straw was when I had blood run down my leg and fill my sock. So my husband is going to get disposable underwear and a water bladder now. Been taking ibuprofen, too. Anything else that you’d think would help? Thanks in advance.
