Im 18 ftm, i justt had my baby dec. 29 & i believe im depressed?? Everytime my boyfriend yells at me even for the simplist things like “ fuck man you dont even help me” , “ your a pussy you cry for the simplist things” just mean stuff like that.. he doesnt get it i just had a baby and i feel tired to, my body is sore im trying my best to be a good mom.. i dont know what to do 😢😢

Sounds more like an abusive relationship where he has issues, not you. If my significant other yelled at me or called me names, especially after I had just had a baby, I would lose it. You guys need to learn how to communicate effectively, especially with your child. I would try talking to him about how you’re feeling, and if you’re still having these feelings, please reach out to your doctor!!

Your emotions sound normal... it's a huge adaption having a baby... your boyfriend's behaviour however is not normal. At this stage you need more support. Try and explain to him how you feel and that maybe you're a bit overwhelmed... which is totally normal btw.

it is perfectly normal to feel what you are feeling. You just spent 9 months in an elevated hormonal State into now your body is dropping back down to where it is supposed to be. Give yourself at least 6 weeks to recover emotionally and physically.
