Hello fellow glows

We have been trying to conceive now for roughly 4-5 months and I know that's not that long but it's already becoming frustrating

I am 29, I have no biological children, he has a 8 year old daughter with an ex and we really want to start a family and our future. We try during my fertile phase and even on my ovulation day, we try during the off days and every month mother nature comes knocking on my door and each time the emotions just become more and more overwhelming.

I want nothing more than to be a mother, especially starting a family with the love of my life and giving her a future brother or sister. I just don't know what to do. I try not to let it get to me because I know stress can make it worse but it's so hard. I made an appointment with my OB for this Friday but I don't know if they will do anything since its only been a few months. I was thinking that maybe changing my lifestyle habits will help, like doing a cleanse but I'm not sure. I am desperate and will try anything. If anyone has any recommendations I would really appreciate it. My dream is nothing more than to be a mother to a happy healthy baby.
