I don't think that would be considered fat at all, in fact it's a perfectly healthy weight. I mean it depends on how you're treating yourself too, if you are sat down all day every day with no exercise whatsoever or eat crud all the time then there are of course a few tweaks you could make, but that's not about weight/fat loss, that's just improving some things in your lifestyle in order to improve general health. Also remember it's all about balance! It's okay to eat some unhealthy things occasionally, just not too often.

You have to factor in muscle too.  Muscle weighs more than fat, I'm 5'7" and I weigh 140ish, but I'm an athlete and have a lot of muscle. 
Besides, weight is just a number, it doesn't define you.  If you're happy with your weight, how you look, and if you feel healthy, then that's all that matters😊
