not in the mood but can’t go off birth control

I never wanna do anything sexual with my boyfriend.. i’m never in the mood i just wanna cuddle and hang out... and i know bc makes you have a low libido but i can’t go off bc because my bad periods and acne... so what should i do? break up with him?
