I went to the counsellor for depression and she ask why I haven't ended everything I told her because I couldn't put my family threw that and I'm not Strong enough to do it and she's like yes you can you can do it any time and your strong enough if you really wanted ! Who the fuck would say that like sounds like she encourages it than I can do it ! I'm not going to but why would she say that !!!

That counsellor sounds so toxic, fuck that. Please have her reported, she can't be saying that to people who come to her for help. I wish I'd reported the doctor who called me a baby for my phobia, and belittled me while I was having a huge panic attack right before I was supposed to go into surgery. Ask to be seen by someone else and definitely don't listen to what she said, it's so wrong. You're strong for keeping up the fight, for getting up every day and get through it. I have had suicidal thoughts and I know how scary it can be opening up about that, she's just abused your trust so much. Don't ever go back to her, she sounds dangerous

Sounds like she needs to lose her job. Please find somebody who will encourage you for the right things not that nut job. 
The main point here is that you are strong enough to NOT do it, no matter how weak you think you may be- that in itself is amazing ❤️
