Y’all so I nared the other night and I shaved the inner parts to get all the hair and now I have a freaking knot on my vaginal lip and it hurts and it hurts really bad when you touch it and I don’t know what to do. should I put ice on it the website said put a heated washcloth on it but I don’t think that that’s gonna help anything so please would what would you do
