Geritol/sperm meets egg method?

So I will be trying the sperm meets egg method this month. Is it best to bd 5,7,9,11,12,13. To hopefully get my bfp. I havent used an opk yet. Just wondering what you ladies think? I am also taking my temp in the morning and taking geritol with prenatal vitamins. Has anyone tried geritol and had any success?

I think you should start using OPK’s. That’s how you can help verify when you ovulate. This month I ovulated a full 10 days late and wouldn’t have known if I didn’t use OPK’s. I would be here thinking my period was missed. 🤷‍♀️

When do you ovulate? For me bding those days would not have worked, as I ovulated way later than 14 dpo..
