Just found out that I’m pregnant again after having a miscarriage in the beginning of October. When I called to set up my first dr appt, my doctor said she wants me to go in for an ultrasound a week before my visit. I’ll be around 7-7.5 weeks for the ultrasound. What should I be expecting? Is there generally a heartbeat by that point?

I’m very nervous as in October I found out at my first ultrasound at 9 weeks 3 days that my baby had stopped growing somewhere around 6 weeks. Scared to experience the same thing again...
