Early Period or MC? Please help mommas

So we have been TTC for about 6 months. I started my period about 3 days earlier than expected. I'm typically right on the dot. I have been using the diva cup and haven't ever had issues with it hurting. I put the cup in and I was in so much pain. I took it out and it helped.

From the get go, this cycle was HEAVY. I hardly experience heavy cycles. I have been using heavy tampons since yesterday, which is when i began bleeding. I just went to the bathroom and I notice I've bled through my super tampon. When I pulled out to exchange, there were heave heavy clumps all over. Dark dark blood. when I wiped the blood

was red.

I've never had a mc. Does this sound like an early one?
