MPFL knee surgery
I’m getting MPFL reconstruction knee surgery in 3 days and I’m extremely nervous. Has anyone had this done before? How was recovery and surgery itself? any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated. Also, when you were allowed to start physical therapy? Thanks! 💕
