a mystery bloating...

so if I don’t workout every few days I bloat so bad, and it makes me feel like all of my working out is for nothing but on my active days(and maybe 2 inactive days) I feel and look great. Can anyone explain this? I love exercising, so I’m not dismayed that in order to feel good I do something good for my body... I just want to know why is does this(btw this is irrelevant because this happened before I switched but I’m vegan and I eat a good diet, and I typically eat a load of spinach but last week I ate a shit ton of bread... I’m guessing thats aiding to my bloat?)
