Tubal ligation I need advice HELP

So I been wanting to get this done really bad birth control just isn’t for me. I have 5 kids and one on the way. BC just never seemed to work on me but anyway my dr only ties cuts buns tubes and I’m afraid it will effect my sex drive, have problems loosing weight and so forth. Any of you ladies experience something like that after tubal ligation? I’m freaking out and starting to get second doubts. Can you guys share your stories after having this done?
