This weird ulcer... thing showed up on my inner labia sometime last night/this morning. I accidentally scratched myself a day or two ago, and usually if I accidentally scratch/cut the inside of my mouth it ulcerates like this... could the two be tied together? Could it be a trauma ulcer, or something nastier?

Before you say it, I'm pretty positive I don't have herpes, or any STD for that matter. My one and only partner has been tested and is clean.
