For the past two days, I have had heavy vaginal bleeding. It is dark with clotting. I first noticed it when I pulled out my diaphragm after 13 hours, which is longer than I normally take it out but you can leave it in up to 24 hours. I had my period two weeks ago so I am slightly concerned. I called my GYN and the won’t see me till later in the week. So I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced this before? Could my diaphragm cause the bleeding? I read it could be an irritated cervix.
