Can’t orgasm

I can’t ever orgasm when my boyfriend and I are having sex. I have when I was much younger and just started having sex but not it seems like it just won’t happen. I do get myself off with toys but I can’t with anybody else. When I was younger I use to be a squirter but now it’s like nothing will make that happen I have bought orgasm gel to help me and nothing works. What do I do
