Hi, so I will be ovulating this Friday and going to try for our first time doing it right, I’m mad at myself that I let life get in the way for so long, I feel we should’ve have started years ago, especially considering we’ve been married now 10 years! Although we did have fertility testing done 5 years ago, at the time my husband was a daily cigarette and pot smoker, his sperm tested abnormal, but to doctor did say his sperm could regenerate, but he wasn’t ready to quit and I wasn’t ready to fight so I kind of gave up, but now he’s ready and has quit smoking cigarettes and only smoked his vape pen occasionally, we are starting pre pregnancy acupuncture next week, I’ve read it really helps and also helps during pregnancy to carry to full term, just looking for advice, tips, and relatable stories to ease my worry, good luck to us all and god bless us with healthy babies ❤️
