Spotting after Ultrasound

Hi ladies! Today I had my first vaginal ultrasound! I’m 7 weeks and we were able to see two sacs! One sac had a heartbeat of 120 and the other sac showed the embryo but no heart beat! Doctor said it was a bit fuzzy to see the heartbeat of the other sac! therefore we will come back in a week for another ultrasound....im stressing because I used the restroom and when I wiped I saw blood and some blood clot...not heavy bleeding and I’m not having cramps...was wondering if maybe the vaginal sonogram disturb something and cause me to bleed temporarily...I’m just a bit nervous now and wondering if anyone have insights! Again I feel fine with no cramps - just spotting. Is this normal?
