provera

so my busband thinks that im pregnant because he sees a change in my breasts. he says that they are really swollen but i been like that for 2 months now. i took a pregnancy test before going on provera and didnt get a positive. today is my last day of provera. i been taking them for 7 days and will start on clomid on my cd4. should i retake a pregnancy test? he doesnt want me to take clomid if i am pregnant. we been trying for 3 years now. please help!
